With the following privacy policy PARKAIR Srl intends to illustrate the methods of management of the website, with particular reference to the purposes and methods with which the personal data of the users who consult it are collected, recorded and used; this document refers exclusively to the website www.parkair.it ( hereinafter also “site”) and not to other websites that may be consulted by the user via links present on the pages of the aforementioned sites.

This Privacy Policy, addressed to those who interact with the web services of PARKAIR Srl, intends to satisfy the requirements of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (the “Regulation”) and Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – (“Privacy Code”) and is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001, in order to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online; in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

The personal data provided by users are used to send information requests present on the Contact page of the site and are released only and exclusively to send a quote or information on the services offered.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING AND LEGITIMATE INTEREST

Pursuant to the provisions of art. 6, par. 1, letters a) and f) of EU Regulation no. 2016/679,

data are legitimately and lawfully processed as the interested party has expressed his/her consent to the processing for the purposes defined here. The legitimate interest of the data processing by PARKAIR Srl is the purpose of direct marketing as well as the sending of advertising material via newsletter and/or of commercial proportions.

 

PLACE AND DATA PROCESSING

The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the headquarters of PARKAIR Srl and are handled only by technical personnel in charge of processing. User data will not be transferred or processed in countries within or outside the European Union or to international organizations.

The site and domain, property of PARKAIR Srl, rely on an Aruba Hosting server which undertakes to comply with the obligations set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

DATA PROCESSING AND RETENTION PERIOD

The Data Controller will process the Personal Data for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which the personal data are processed until the consent is revoked and in any case not beyond 10 years.

The user can at any time cancel his account or his registration on the site or ask for the interruption of the treatment or revoke his consent, according to the methods indicated in the section on the rights of the interested party.

 

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

As interested parties, users have the rights set forth in art. 12 of EU Regulation 2016/679: in particular, they have the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of Personal Data concerning them and their communication in an intelligible form, as well as having the right to access them; they can also ask to know the origin of the Personal Data; the purposes and methods of processing; they can also obtain a copy of the same, the updating, the rectification or their integration.

Users also have the rights set forth in Articles 16-21 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object). They can therefore, at any time, request rectification, revoke their consent, cease to be registered on the site, requesting interruption of processing, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the Personal Data processed. They can object, in whole or in part to the processing: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of Personal Data concerning them; b) for the purpose of sending advertising material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. In this regard, they can decide to receive only communications through traditional methods or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication.

Finally, users may file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority www.garanteprivacy.it, or in the place where you believe a problem related to your data has arisen, or contact the same to request information regarding the exercise of their rights deriving from EU Regulation 2016/679.

TREATMENT METHODS

Personal data are processed with automated tools and not only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

– Sensitive data: This data will not be shared in any way with PARKAIR Srl. You may share this information when you request information or purchase a product on the site.

In particular with reference to navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI ( Uniform Resource Identifier ) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.
