In order to open an intervention, it is essential to communicate the exact model and serial number of the product for which assistance is requested. Only in this way will our intervention management system be able to immediately define whether the unit is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period. If one of these two data is missing, it is not possible to open an intervention.

Intervention requests made using methods other than the online form will cause delays in management, because they cannot be traced or controlled by the system.

ATTENTION: Adjustments to pressure-controlled or modulating valves, charging/discharging of refrigerant gas, incorrect or incomplete installation and/or connection to the supply systems and technical services made necessary by events that cause the exchanger to freeze and consequently damage other components are NOT considered interventions covered by the warranty.
