Created in the 1980s, Parkair stands out in the market for the quality of its products and for its reliability in its relationships with suppliers and customers, and is characterised by a strong focus on corporate responsibility values or as a source of new ideas in the sector of reference. In 2001, it decided to study, design and create an innovative technology in the air conditioning sector, creating appliances without an external unit. These are water-cooled air conditioners that do not require the traditional external unit and guarantee low energy consumption.
Its network of qualified installers, present throughout the national territory, allows to verify and identify the most efficient solutions in every territorial context. The attention to details, which comes from an artisanal corporate culture and which characterizes the history of Parkair, makes it today an industrial reality with the highest skills in the air conditioning sector.
The sales offices, the production unit and the warehouse are located near Milan. From here, shipments depart for the entire national territory and for international foreign countries. And it is here that the workshop is located to also carry out any repairs

Parkair constantly follows technological evolution and reviews the design and production of the products offered so that they are modern and in step with the new needs of the market, both for historic buildings and for more modern and innovative ones from an architectural point of view.
The hours dedicated to training certified installers, to reviewing production and organizational processes, as well as to product research and development, are indicators of the desire for continuous improvement of its product and its service in terms of economic and environmental effectiveness and efficiency.
Parkair products use only ecological gas R32, R290 and R454C, in line with European Community guidelines.

In its Milan headquarters, Parkair has set up a showroom to ensure its customers the opportunity to see the products it makes in person. In the belief that this is the only way to verify the real potential of what you intend to purchase.

One of Parkair’s strengths is continuous updating. It periodically hosts its installer partners for refresher courses on both technological and regulatory aspects, analyzing the various case histories. A comparison that allows us to address any critical issues encountered and share targeted solutions.
