WeCare Warranty and Assistance extension program , we offer you maximum peace of mind for your air conditioning system. Thanks to this exclusive program, you can benefit from up to 10 years of assistance, which includes remote technical support and on-site interventions. You will also have extended coverage for spare parts and accessories for your system, ensuring optimal performance over time.
WeCare includes:
- 1 free annual check of the system, to ensure its efficiency.
- 2 free interventions every 12 months to resolve any malfunctions.
- Free replacements for parts covered by warranty.
WeCare coverage starts from the moment you purchase the program and is added to the months of warranty already required by Italian law, to give you complete protection.

With WeCare, you go beyond the standard Consumer Code warranty, which provides for the repair or replacement of the product within the first 24 months in the event of defects in conformity. +12 Months wecare 1
WeCare 1 extends the warranty by 12 months beyond the 24 months provided by the legal warranty, for a total of 3 years of coverage. The program is available free of charge to all customers who purchase products from the Acqua Revolution and Aria Revolution lines, starting from January 1, 2024.
Activating WeCare 1 is quick and easy: just register online and you can enjoy all the benefits of a direct service, managed by the parent company, with coverage throughout the country. Companies and professionals with VAT numbers can also take advantage of this free warranty extension.
+36 Months wecare 5
With Parkair WeCare 5, we add 36 months of protection to the legal warranty, for a total coverage of 5 years. This program is available exclusively for individuals who purchase Acqua Revolution and Aria Revolution products, installed by an F-Gas Certified Installer. Where possible, we suggest using one of our Partner Installers to receive excellent service, ensuring optimal installation, operation and maintenance of the product.
+36 Months WECARE 5 PRO
WeCare 5 PRO is specifically designed for companies and professionals with VAT number. It adds 36 months of coverage to the 24 months of legal warranty, bringing the total coverage to 5 years. The program is valid for Acqua Revolution and Aria Revolution products , installed by an F- Gas Certified Installer. Where possible, we suggest using one of our Partner Installers to receive excellent service, ensuring optimal installation, operation and maintenance of the product.
+96 Months wecare 10
For those who want maximum coverage, WeCare 10 extends the warranty by an additional 96 months, for a total of 10 years of protection. This program is available exclusively for individuals who purchase Acqua Revolution and Aria Revolution products , installed by an F-Gas Certified Installer. Where possible, we recommend using one of our Partner Installers to receive excellent service, ensuring optimal installation, operation and maintenance of the product.
